Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

By completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of the digital product (activation key), you expressly agree that performance of the contract begins immediately. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered to your email address.

3. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal (where applicable and prior to delivery), contact us by email: support@btcdetect.com with your name, order TXID, and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will acknowledge receipt promptly.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract and are eligible, we will reimburse the payment received from you in BTC, net of transaction fees, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
