Refund Policy

1. General Principle

All purchases on btcdetect.com are made in Bitcoin (BTC). Because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible by nature, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are only possible under the conditions described below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date if: (a) the activation key you received does not function correctly and support has been unable to resolve the issue; (b) you paid for a tariff but never received your activation key after 48 hours and have contacted support; (c) a technical error caused a duplicate payment for the same order.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are NOT available if: the activation key has been successfully delivered and used (even once); you change your mind after purchase; you purchased the wrong tariff (please contact support — we can consider an upgrade credit); your Bitcoin transaction was under the stated tariff price.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to support@btcdetect.com with: your order TXID, the email you used for the order, description of the problem, and any supporting evidence. We will review your request within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed in BTC to the originating Bitcoin address. btcdetect.com is not responsible for network fees associated with the refund transaction. The exact BTC amount returned will be the amount received, minus any blockchain transaction fees.

6. Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, please see our separate Right of Withdrawal page. For digital goods where delivery has commenced at your request, the right of withdrawal may be waived.
